The Hanged Man is the third music release for 2024 in my continuing series of music based on Tarot cards, their symbolism, interpretation, and meanings. The Hanged Man single releases on the 25th October 2024 and will be on all streaming platforms and digital stores.
The Hanged Man is another famously known tarot card (it’s another badly wrong horror film trope again!). It teaches us the importance of surrender, patience, and gaining new perspectives in our own lives. It symbolises positive aspects of letting go, sacrificing, and taking time to reflect on situations in one’s life. The Hanged Man in terms of suspension is also about taking a step back and needing to look at the world differently. This can be because of indecision or a need to take more time to make critical decisions.
It is the 12th Major Arcana card in the tarot deck.
